you know you’ve spent too many hours of your life shelving and re-shelving library books when random call numbers appear to you on the street (or in this case, on the platform of my local subway stop). i had high hopes for the read/s i might find associated with this one, but alas, HR doesn’t even exist as a subclass according to the Library of Congress!

That’s probably a reference to HR 347, a bill in the House of Representatives.
A brief skim looks like HR 347 is about trespassing. But I identify: the call numbers follow us everywhere!
